Working With "Hard" Reserves
New “hard” reserves for items are placed using the Checkout Reserve function. Additionally, when an item with pending "soft" reserves is checked in, a "hard" reserve may be applied for any patron who currently has a "soft" reserve for the title. VERSO lets you:
- Add a "hard" reserve to an item for a specific patron
- Convert a "soft" reserve for a title to a "hard" reserve for an item on check-in
- Delete a "hard" reserve from an item
