Chapter 6. WORKING WITH RESERVES
Working with “Soft” Reserves
New “soft” reserves for items may be placed using the Reserve Item function from the Patron Status, Checkout & Reserves screen. The system lets you:
- Add a “soft” reserve to a title for a specific patron
- Delete a “soft” reserve from an item
- Reactivate an expired “soft” reserve for a patron
Additionally, you can add one or more patrons to the reserve list for an item with existing “soft” reserves (see The View Reserves Screen for details).
