Deleting a Resource Group

You can delete an existing resource group from the Library Types list.

NOTE: You can delete only those resource groups with which no libraries are currently associated. If libraries are currently associated with the resource group, you must de-select the libraries (see Defining Libraries for a Resource Group for details) before you can delete the resource group.

To delete a resource group:

1. From the PAC Admin menu (see The PAC Admin Menu for details), select Modify Resource Groups.
   • The Define Resource Groups screen displays.
   • The screen shows a listing of all currently defined resource groups.
2. Click the Delete icon to the left of the name of the resource group you wish to delete.

   NOTE: The Delete icon is available only when no libraries are currently associated with the resource group.

   • The Define Resource Groups screen refreshes with the selected resource group removed from the list.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to delete additional resource groups.
