Chapter 4. MANAGING RESOURCES
Editing Resource Notes
You can edit an existing resource note for a resource.
NOTE: You must be logged in as a Customer SuperUser or Library SuperUser to edit resource notes for system-level resources. Library SuperUsers and PAC Staff members can edit resource notes for resources defined at the local level.
To edit resource notes:
- Access the Search Resources screen (see Viewing Search Resources for details).
- Click the Edit link to the right of the resource for which you wish to
edit a resource description.
- The Resource Configuration screen displays.
- Scroll to the Manage Resource Notes and description heading and add or edit information in the resource note as desired (see Adding a Resource Note for details).
- When all desired information has been entered, click the Submit button to save your changes to the resource note.
