Managing Search Sources
The Search Source Management Module lets you define additional Z39.50 search sources or web links. Z39.50 search sources and web links may be defined at both the system-wide and local levels.
- System-Wide Search Sources. Z39.50 search sources and web links defined at the system-wide level are available to all libraries within a consortium or collective.
- Local-Level Search Sources. Z39.50 search sources and web links defined at the local level are available only to the library for which they were defined (refer to Chapter 4, MANAGING RESOURCES for details).
