Configuring the Select Your Library Menu

The Display Libraries for Login function lets you configure the Select your library menu by selecting the libraries you wish to include in the menu. Additionally, for SHAREit systems and for VERSO systems utilizing the optional Circ-ILL functionality, this feature can be used to select the libraries to be included in search results when using the Search Library Information function in the ILL Administration module (see the ILL Administration User Guide for more information).

NOTE: The Display Libraries for Login function is available to Customer SuperUsers only.

To configure the “Select your library” menu:

Select Settings from the UX Admin menu (see The UX Admin Menu for details).
- The Settings panel displays.
Select Login, then choose Display Libraries for Login from the Login options menu.
- The Display Libraries for Login page displays.

The screen shows a listing of all libraries in your consortium or collective, and shows the library Code and Library Name for each library in the list.

Use the Login checkboxes to select the libraries you wish to include in the Select your Library menu.
- A checkmark indicates the associated library will be included in the Select your Library menu.
- An empty checkbox indicates the associated library will not be included in the Select your Library menu.
- Clicking a checkbox repeatedly will toggle it on and off.
For SHAREit systems and VERSO systems utilizing the optional Circ-ILL functionality, use the Info checkboxes to select the libraries you wish to include in search results when using the Search Library Information function in the ILL Administration module (see the ILL Administration User Guide for more information).
- A checkmark indicates the associated library will be included in search results.
- An empty checkbox indicates the associated library will not be included in search results.
- Clicking a checkbox repeatedly will toggle it on and off.
When all desired libraries have been selected, click the Save button to save your changes.
- A “Success” message shows briefly at the top of the screen.
Click the Back button , as needed, to return to the Settings menu.
Click the X button to close the Settings menu.
