Import Item Generation Setup

When you upload a file of MARC records that contain item data, the system offers the option of automatically creating item records when the file is uploaded. The Import Item Generation Setup feature lets you enable/disable the item generation option and specify the parameters to be used in the automatic creation of item records. You can create multiple item generation setups, and save them to a “library” for recall at a later date.
