Viewing the Titles List
When the View Titles List link is selected from the View Bib Tool Run Statistics screen, a Title List for the associated Bib Tool Run displays in an additional browser window. The Title List includes a header and up to four "records lists" of records inserted, records matched but not updated, records self-matched and records updated.

The Title List header provides the following information:
- Customer Id – the customer code for your VERSO system
- Date Loaded – the date and time at which the MARC file was uploaded
- File Loaded – the file name of the uploaded MARC records file
- Bib Matching Id – the Matching ID to use selected during Bib Tool Run setup
- Holds Matching Id – the Holds Mapping to use selected during Bib Tool Run setup
- Submitted by – the name of the staff member that submitted the MARC upload
- Queue Id – the system-assigned ID number for the MARC upload
- Each "records list" shows the ISBN, Title, Author, Pub Date and Item Barcode for each title in the list.
