Chapter 3. VIEWING CIRCULATION STATISTICS
Fine Activity Report
- "All Libraries" Report: The report is subdivided by the Library ID for each library included in the report, with statistics shown for each library and Home Location from which items were circulated.
- "Single Library" Report: The report shows statistics for each Home Location from which items were circulated for the selected single library.
Subtotals are shown for each section. Grand Totals are shown at the end of the report.
The Fine Activity Report is comprised of six fields, which provide the following information:
- Payment - Shows the total dollar amount of fines paid by patrons.
- Assessed - Shows the total dollar amount of fines assessed against patrons.
- Fee - Shows the total dollar amount of fees assessed against patrons.
- Decrease Balance - Shows the total dollar amount of decrease adjustments made to assessed fines.
- Increase Balance - Shows the total dollar amount of increase adjustments made to assessed fines.
- Total - Lists the net total value for all payments received from patron, fines and fees assessed against patrons, and adjustments (increases and decreases) made to assessed fines for all categories.
