Chapter 3. VIEWING CIRCULATION STATISTICS
Patron Activity Report
- "All Libraries" Report: The report is subdivided by the Library ID for each library included in the report, with statistics shown for each library and Home Location from which items were circulated.

- "Single Library" Report: The report shows statistics for each Home Location from which items were circulated for the selected single library.
Patron Activity Report – Single Library
Subtotals are shown for each section. Grand Totals are shown at the end of the report.
The Patron Activity report is comprised of five fields, which provide the following information:
- Patron Category - Lists the patron categories for which statistics are shown.
- Added - Lists the total number of patrons added to your library's database for each patron category, and the combined number of patrons added for all patron categories.
- Edited - Lists the total number of patrons edited for each patron category, and the combined number of patrons edited for all patron categories.
- Deleted - Lists the total number of patrons deleted from your library's database for each patron category, and the combined number of patrons deleted for all patron categories.
- Total - Lists the combined number of added, edited and deleted patrons for each patron category, and the total number of added, edited and deleted patrons for all patron categories.
