Chapter 3. VIEWING CIRCULATION STATISTICS
Intra-Library Report
- "All Libraries" Report: The report is subdivided by the Library ID for each library included in the report, with statistics shown for each library, Home Location and Item Location from which items were circulated.
- "Single Library" Report: The report shows statistics for each Home Location from which items were circulated for the selected single library.
Subtotals are shown for each section. Grand Totals are shown at the end of the report.
The Intra-Library Report is comprised of six fields, which provide the following information:
- Item Location - Lists the locations for which statistics are shown.
- Check Out - Lists the total number of checkouts for each location, and the combined number of checkouts for all locations.
- Renewal - Lists the total number of renewals for each location, and the combined number of renewals for all locations.
- Check Out and Renewal Totals - Lists the combined number of Checkouts and Renewals for each location, and the combined number of Checkouts and Renewals for all locations.
- In-House Use - Lists the total number of items scanned or processed that were not checked out during the time period for each location, and the combined number of items scanned or processed that were not checked out during the time period for all locations.
- Check Out, Renewal and In-House Total - Lists the combined number of Checkouts, Renewals and In-House Use transactions for each location, and the combined number of Checkouts, Renewals and In-House Use transactions for all locations.
- Check-in - Lists the total number of check ins for each location, and the combined number of check ins for all locations.
- Check Out, Renewal, In-House Total, and Check-in Total - Lists the combined number of Checkouts, Renewals, In-House Use transactions and Check-in transactions for each location, and the combined number of Checkouts, Renewals, In-House Use transactions and Check-in transactions for all locations.
