Chapter 3. VIEWING CIRCULATION STATISTICS
Item Category Report
- "All Libraries" Report: The report is subdivided by the Library ID for each library included in the report, with statistics shown for each library and Home Location from which items were circulated.
Item Category Report – All Libraries
- "Single Library" Report: The report shows statistics for each Home Location from which items were circulated for the selected single library.
Item Category Report – Single Library
Subtotals are shown for each section. Grand Totals are shown at the end of the report.
The Item Category Report is comprised of six fields, which provide the following information:
- Item Category - Lists the item categories for which statistics are shown.
- Checkouts - Lists the total number of checkouts for each item category, and the combined number of checkouts for all item categories.
- Renewal - Lists the total number of renewals for each item category, and the combined number of renewals for all item categories.
- Check Ins - Lists the total number of check ins for each item category, and the combined number of check ins for all item categories.
- Shelved - Lists the total number of items shelved for each item category, and the combined number of items shelved for all item categories.
- Total - Lists the combined number of checkouts, renewals, check ins and items shelved for each item category, and the combined number of checkouts, renewals, check ins and items shelved for all categories.
