Chapter 4. VIEWING PATRON STATISTICS
Saving Patron Statistics
To save patron statistics:
If you selected the View Report - PDF radio button when the report request was submitted:
- A standard Save As dialog displays, with a default name for the report entered in the File name text box.
- If desired, edit the File name. BE SURE to retain the .pdf extension.
- Browse to the location in which you wish to save the file, then click the Save button.
If you selected the View Report - Excel radio button when the report request was submitted, a File Download dialog displays.
- To view the file, select the “open” option on the File Download dialog and select the appropriate program for viewing the file, then click the OK button.
- To save the file, select the “save” option on the File Download dialog,
then click the OK button.
- A standard Save As dialog displays, with a default name for the report entered in the File name text box.
- If desired, edit the File name. BE SURE to retain the .pdf or .xls extension, as applicable.
- Browse to the location in which you wish to save the file, then click the Save button.
