Searching the Reports Menu
The Reports screen includes a Search Report function to aid in locating a specific report in the Reports menu.
To search the Reports menu:
- Enter your search term (the name of the report you wish to locate) in the
Search Report field.
- You may enter a complete or partial word as your search term.
- You may enter one or more words as your search term.
NOTE: The system reads your search term as a string of characters (rather than as separate words), reading each character from left to right. When entering multiple words as you search term, enter the words in the order in which they appear in the report name.
- The Reports menu refreshes as you type to display only those report names that contain your search term.
- Click the X in the Search Report field to delete the text from the field and return to the full Reports menu.
