Submitting Report Requests

The general procedure for submitting a report request applies to all available reports, the only difference being the specific parameters you must specify or select for a given report. Use the following procedure to prepare and submit a report request.

To submit a report request:

  1. From the Statistics menu, select Reports.
    • The Reports screen displays. The screen is configured as a “two-pane” display.

  1. Select the report you wish to run from the Reports Menu, or, click the Run Report button for a report in the Featured Reports pane.
    • The Data Entry screen for the selected report displays.
  2. Enter or select the desired report parameters using the drop-down menus provided.

    NOTE: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk “*” following the field name.

  3. Click the Run Report button on the Data Entry screen.

    NOTE: If you have omitted a mandatory field, the Run Report button is "greyed out" (inactive). Modify the report parameters as necessary, then click the Run Report button to resubmit your request.

    • The screen refreshes to display the report. Reports may be viewed “on-screen” in HTML format, and may be downloaded in PDF format to a local workstation (see Downloading Reports to download the report to a local workstation).
