Viewing the Search Results List
The search results list is a multi-page display that shows a list of titles that matched your search criteria. The number of titles returned by the search is shown at the top of the list.
To view the search results list:
- Search results are sorted by relevance, with records matching on title and/or author placed higher in the results.
- Each record in the search results shows a “book jacket” and brief bibliographic information for the title, as well as the format (Book, DVD, etc.). Brief bibliographic information includes the Title, Author and Publisher for the title.
- If the library under which you logged in owns one or more copies of a title, an Owned by my Library icon is shown for the associated title.
- Use the scroll bar to scroll the current page of the search results list.
- Use the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen to set the number of items shown on each page of the search results list and view other pages of the list:
- Use the Items per page menu to set the number of titles shown on each page of the search results list; 10, 25, 50, 100 or 250.
NOTE: The default Items per page selection is 50.
NOTE: Any changes made to the Items per page selection are valid for your current session only. The Items per page selection reverts to the default value on logout.
- Use the Previous Page button and Next Page button to scroll the list one page at a time.
- Use the First Page button and Last Page button to scroll to the first or last page of the list.
