Chapter 5. VIEWING DATABASE STATISTICS
Locations Collections
The Locations Collections report lets you view statistics related to the number of locations, branches and collections defined for your VERSO system, and the number of items associated with each location, branch and collection.
To access Locations Collections statistics:

From
the Statistics menu (see

Statistics Menu for details), select Database Statistics -
Locations Collections.
- The Locations Collections - Libraries screen displays.
- The Locations Collections - Libraries screen lists the currently established libraries for your system, and provides the following information for each library:
Seq - the display sequence for the library in Location menus throughout the system
Library - the name of the library
Float Default - indicates the default location for “floating” items; select the radio button for the desired location
NOTE: The Float Default field is shown only for libraries using “floating collections” functionality. See the Circulation Administration User Guide for more information.
Active - indicates whether or not the associated library is currently active (shown in Location menus throughout the system; either Yes (the associated library is active) or No (the associated library is not active)
Hide - indicates whether or not the associated library is hidden when viewing Location information in the Search module; either Yes (the library is not shown when viewing Location information) or No (the library is shown when viewing Location information)
Suppress - indicates whether or not display of items associated with the library are returned in search results lists in the VERSO Search module; either Yes (items associated with the library are not returned in search results) or No (items associated with the library are returned in search results)
Branches - shows the total number of branches associated with each library
- If desired, you can reconfigure, sort and filter the content of the Locations Collection – Libraries screen (see the System Basics User Guide for details).
