Chapter 4. VIEWING SEARCH RESULTS
Title List
A Title List is displayed when Cluster is selected as the Group By option on the Search Results screen (see Viewing the Search Results Screen for details) and a “clustered” title is selected.
To view a Title List:
- Each record in the Title List shows a “book jacket” for the title as well as brief bibliographic information which may include the Title, Author, Publisher. publication Date and ISBN, the format (Book, DVD, etc.), a "Media Type" icon (see Media Type Icons for details) that indicates the media in which the title is available, the number of items associated with the record, and the Source of the record (the resource from which the record was retrieved).
- Click a Request this item

to submit an interlibrary loan (ILL) request for the associated title (see
Using the ILL Request Form
for details).
NOTE: The Request this item icon may not be available for items of certain formats or materials types.
- Click a Save to Your List icon to add the record to a list for your user account (see Working with Lists for details).
- Use the scroll bar to scroll the current page of the list.
- Title Lists may be optionally configured to include resource
details or resource details with availability information. When resource
details are included, an Expand Resource Details
icon is shown next to the item format. Click the Expand Resource Details
icon to expand resource details. (Click the Collapse Resource Details
icon to collapse resource details).
- When resource details are included, the resources list shows all institutions holding one or more copies of the title. Each line in the listing shows the name of the Institution and the Resource with which the Institution is associated.
- When resource details with availability are included:
The item format is appended with availability information “(4 copies, 4 owned) for example.

The Status column shows either the number of copies owned by the Institution or a Check Shelf Status link for checking the availability of the item (see Viewing Shelf Status for details).
NOTE: Your library may use a different name for the Resource field (such as Libraries or Databases).
