Editing Resource Notes

You can edit an existing resource note for a resource.

NOTE: You must be logged in as a Customer SuperUser or Library SuperUser to edit resource notes for system-level resources. Library SuperUsers and PAC Staff members can edit resource notes for resources defined at the local level.

To edit resource notes:

  1. Access the Public Search Resources screen (see Viewing System-Wide Resources for details).
  2. In the Note column, click the Change or Delete a Note for (resource) icon Change or Delete a Note for (resource) icon to the right of the resource for which you wish to edit a resource note.
    • The Define Resource Note screen displays in an additional browser window.
  3. Add or edit information in the resource note as desired (see Adding a Resource Note for details).
  4. When all desired information has been entered, click the Submit button to save your changes to the resource note.
