Chapter 3. VIEWING CIRCULATION STATISTICS
Item Exceptions Report
The Item Exceptions report shows the total number of item records associated with each exception category defined for your library. You can also view a list of item records associated with any selected exception, and change the item exception for one or more selected items.
To view the Item Exceptions Report:

From the Statistics menu (see
The Statistics Menu for details) select Circulation
Statistics - Item Exceptions.
- The Item Exceptions report displays. The date of the report is shown at the top of the screen.
- The Item Exceptions report is comprised of three fields, which provide the
following information:
- Seq - The system-assigned sequence number for the exception.
- Exception - The exception for which statistics are displayed.
- Number - The total number of items to which the associated exception is applied.
- If desired, you can reconfigure, sort and filter table content (see the System Basics User Guide for details).
- From the Item Exception report screen, you may choose to:
- View a list of items associated with a selected Exception (see Viewing an Item Exceptions List for details).
- Print a copy of the Item Exceptions report (see Printing Item Exceptions Statistics for details)
- Save a copy of the Item Exceptions report to your local workstation (see Saving Item Exceptions Statistics for details)
- Email a copy of the Item Exceptions report to yourself or to another party (see Emailing Item Exceptions Statistics for details)
- Click the Close button in the upper right corner of the screen to close the Item Exceptions report.
